Emerging Leaders
Gain confidence and foundational leadership skills with six months of training, mentoring and building connections that will drive the next step for your career and community participation.
Established Leaders
Upskill to succeed, with workshops across the Limestone Coast for all levels of experience. Refresh essential skills like communication and strategic planning, or learn skills for the future.
Executive Leaders
Mastery of leadership skills with professional and personal development events. Share your expertise and exchange regional knowledge to drive local innovation and growth.

Emerging Leaders
This unique six-month program is tailored for individuals seeking to enhance foundational leadership skills, establish a supportive peer network, and gain insight into the region’s needs.
Three overnight sessions across the Limestone Coast region will offer an immersive experience around the themes of Leading Self, Leading Change and Leading Community. The residential sessions are supported by technical skills in project management, finance and governance fundamentals, brought together in a celebration of Leading in Action.
The Emerging Leaders Program has already empowered over 60 local individuals, providing them with the confidence and expertise necessary to advance in their careers, businesses, and communities. The current program will run from October 2024 to May 2025.
Our research indicates that one of the greatest barriers to leadership development is the limited access to regular training opportunities in the local area. The Established Leaders Program provides short course workshops throughout the Limestone Coast, tailoring topics and delivery methods to meet local needs.
In the last two years, the program has provided professional and personal growth opportunities for almost 300 individuals. Workshop topics covered communication, time management, handling difficult conversations, and enhancing influencing skills.
Whether you aim to refresh your leadership knowledge, learn new approaches, practice skills, or prepare for future challenges, there are development workshops for leaders at all levels. Stay informed about available opportunities through the Leaders Network.
Executive Leaders
The Limestone Coast has outstanding individuals who are adept at navigating complex environments, managing large-scale initiatives, and building strong networks both within and outside their organisations. The Executive Leaders Program brings together the region’s talent to share their deep understanding and expertise of their industry, whilst leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and growth for business and community.
For the first time, the Limestone Coast Leadership Program will bring them together, offering the opportunity to master skills at an Executive Leader Retreat, providing networking opportunities, and offering a Company Directors course right here in the region.
