leadership Program

We are delivering Limestone Coast Leaders a leadership development program, thanks to State Government funding.
Emerging Leaders Program
Applications are Open!

We have opened the application process for our Emerging Leaders Program, for new and aspiring leaders.

Emerging Leaders is open to individuals from across the region who are ready to broaden their leadership capabilities and impact through personal growth, self-empowerment, and relationship development. The program will have a similar format to the successful Limestone Coast Leadership Program (2019 – 2021).

Emerging Leaders will consist of monthly workshop sessions in locations around the region. The Program will predominantly be delivered face-to-face, facilitating essential interaction and enabling strong connections to be formed.

Find out all you need to know about the Program and the application process in the Information Pack.
To apply, please fill out the Application Form and email to jess@rdalc.org.au.
Applications close 17 February 2023.
Partnership Opportunities Available
Becoming an Emerging Leaders Partner offers your organisation the opportunity to:
  • Support community resilience and connectedness
  • Help nurture the next generation of the region's leaders
  • Enhance business, client and community networks
  • Raise your organisation's brand awareness in the Limestone Coast
  • Build connections with current and emerging community leaders
Existing Leaders Network
Existing Leaders is a network of leaders within the Limestone Coast, including current community leaders as well as those who have completed formal leadership training (such as the Limestone Coast Leadership Program alumni).

The aim of this network is to reinforce leadership skills and knowledge, to foster connections with other leaders and to continue to build the capacity of our current leaders. If you or someone you know is interested in joining the network, please enter your details here
Gap Analysis Report
As part of the planning process, we put together a regional leadership gap analysis which will inform and support the design and implementation of our leadership development program. Engagement activities undertaken to inform the gap analysis included a community workshop, one-on-one stakeholder conversations and targeted surveys.
