Administration Trainee

Are you ready to join our team and start your career in administration?

We are seeking an Administration Trainee to assist in the delivery of our projects, programs, and initiatives. Based in our Mount Gambier office, the work is varied and will include administration, event planning, data entry, reception, preparing simple reports, and assisting with communications and research.

The Administration Trainee must have a willingness to learn and the ability to pick up new skills and information quickly. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong verbal communication skills are also required for working with colleagues, supporting events, and assisting with stakeholder engagement.

You would also assist with general office tasks such as managing shared emails, preparing mail outs, maintaining office supplies, assisting with newsletters and social media, and helping to keep the office running smoothly. Experience with Microsoft Office programs and Canva would be an advantage.
