Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast (RDALC) has adopted a new Strategic Plan 2026 – 2030. The plan outlines a clear vision, with an emphasis on the work of RDALC in building a strong economy and supporting wellbeing for our region.
As a not for profit regional development agency, RDALC works with business, community and government leaders to grow our economy, attract investment, support local industries and improve liveability across the Limestone Coast.
Chair Robyn Verrall said “We will work tirelessly to improve the economic and social wellbeing of people and communities across the Limestone Coast. We see a future where the Limestone Coast is a regional powerhouse, where people chose to invest, work, live and visit.”
More than a statement of intent, the Strategic Plan 2026–2030 is a practical roadmap for RDALC’s work across the Limestone Coast. It breaks our work into four clear priorities: infrastructure, people, investment and environment, showing where we will focus our efforts, how we will work and the partnerships needed to deliver results.

Ms Verrall said “This new plan allows us to be flexible and responsive to the needs of our community. It will be supported by annual plans that lay out the actions we will take each year, to deliver the outcomes outlined in the Strategic Plan”.
RDALC’s Board and staff bring the regional knowledge, expertise and relationships needed to deliver the plan. With a strong understanding of local priorities, RDALC can advocate effectively for the Limestone Coast and ensure regional perspectives are considered in decisions at all levels of government.
Ms Verrall said “RDA Limestone Coast succeeds when we work in partnership with others, with the Commonwealth, State and Local Government, businesses, industry partners and other key stakeholders. Together we help the Limestone Coast to flourish”
